Stepped into recruitment, thinking it was a first step to achieve my goal! Over the few months of getting into this field as a Technical recruiter with, I realized there is more to a recruiter than the name says. I help people realize their talent and aspiration and get into the related opportunity. As a career advisor I am responsible for understanding the hiring need, sourcing potential selects through various channels, evaluating candidate’s performance in interviews and building consistent relationships with candidates. I am also involved in end-to-end recruitment process – requirement understanding, sourcing potentials, mapping candidate’s aspirations to opportunities, screening, salary negotiation, scheduling client interview, closing positions. There are a lot of opportunities in the market today. But getting the right opportunity matching your aspiration is the greatest challenge. We at TEKsystems do our best to bridge the gap between the two by creating opportunities matching your aspirations
