As a Biomanufacturing Downstream Technician at Catalent, I specialize in downstream processing, including protein purification, chromatography, filtration, and centrifugation. With expertise in aseptic techniques and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), I am skilled in the operation and optimization of biomanufacturing processes such as tangential flow filtration (TFF), buffer preparation, and cell culture. I am experienced with process validation, batch record review, and maintaining regulatory compliance with FDA and EMA standards. My technical proficiency extends to the use of advanced biomanufacturing equipment, including Pall filtration systems, single-use technologies, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS). Additionally, I contribute to quality control and assurance by performing analytical testing (e.g, pH, conductivity, UV-VIS), root cause analysis, and deviation management.
