Application Deployment: Deployed and managed Applications in SCCM (application and package model) and Intune(Windows 32 app, Windows MSI line of business store app, etc). Creating static and dynamic collections for software distribution.Patch Management: In SCCM, created Software Update Groups and Automatic Deployment Rules to automate patch deployment across servers and clients. Performed Roll-back of patches if needed and Win 10 to Win 11 upgradation using SCCM Windows servicing feature upgrade. In Intune, create and manage Windows update rings, feature updates, and quality updates.Operating System Deployment: Configure PXE for Windows 10/11 build, create Task Sequence media for offline imaging. Create a Task Sequence for script execution and modify the existing Task Sequence for Imaging based on client requirements. Implemented Windows Autopilot provisioning to enable Zero-touch deployment and configure the deployment profile via Intune.Client Installation: Performed client software installations using client push and manual methods.Customizing client settings based on the requirement.Infrastructure Management: Performed SCCM CB upgrades and corresponding client version updates.Integrated new site systems by installing roles such as Distribution Point, Management Point, Service Connection Point, and Cloud Management Gateway (CMG) and Boundaries and Boundaries groups. Implemented SCCM high availability by introducing a passive primary site server node.Co-Management: Integrated SCCM with Intune for co-management, facilitating hybrid endpoint management. Allocated workloads between SCCM and Intune based on the requirements.Performed cleanup of inactive devices, aging apps, SUGs, and decommissioned servers and remediated vulnerabilities identified through Rapid.Currently serving as SCCM SME/Lead during a new client onboarding KT phase, managing transition, client meetings, documentation(SOPs/DoUs) and preparing my team for smooth delivery.
