As a Genome Analyst Trainee, my work revolves around analyzing biological datasets, interpreting genomic variations and deriving insights that contribute to cutting-edge research. On a daily basis, I work with high-throughput sequencing data, perform bioinformatics analyses and collaborate on research projects related to metabolic health and disease genomics. With a strong interest in data science and machine learning, I have joined a 6-month online program jointly conducted by IIT Delhi and Emeritus to further refine my analytical skills and apply advanced computational techniques to biological data. Beyond my core work, I am also an Analysis Working Group member at NASA GeneLab, contributing to space biology research.
