Hello everyone,I am a second-year B.Tech Computer Science student at LBS Institute of Technology for Women with a strong interest in technology, AI/ML, and community-driven learning. As the Campus Lead of TinkerHub LBSITW, I lead initiatives to foster a collaborative learning environment through workshops, hackathons, and mentorship programs. My focus is on bridging the gap between academia and industry by promoting hands-on learning opportunities.I am also a Google WE Scholar 2024, selected for the Women Engineers (WE) Program, a highly competitive initiative by Google and TalentSprint. This program is designed to support and empower women in technology through advanced technical training, mentorship from Google engineers, and career development opportunities. As a scholar, I have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and leadership skills, preparing me for impactful roles in the tech industry.Beyond academics, I actively organize coding bootcamps, mentorship sessions, and technical workshops to help students upskill and gain practical experience. I am keen on exploring research and development in AI/ML, contributing to impactful projects, and building connections within the tech industry.
