Preparation of various payroll sign off reports like Head Count Reconciliation, Basic Salary Reconciliation, Bank Account Reconciliation, No Bank and Duplicate Bank Account Reconciliation reports, Employee Master Data Validation reports on a monthly basis, to ensure smooth processing of the Japan payroll.
