I am a passionate Waste Management/Environmental professional with over 20 years experience in the industry. I have worked in all sectors; not for profit, provincial and municipal government and industrial. I have a strong technical and regulatory compliance background. I am currently a Director on the Northern Lights chapter of the Solid Waste Association of North America, where I also reside as a member of their teaching faculty. I was involved in the development of their Disaster Debris Management course that is well known across Canada. I am proficient in many software programs alonside Microsoft Office suite. I am trained in highly recognized Leadership courses such as 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey and Situational Leadership I & II by Ken Blanchard.
