Keena Edwards is the Founder/Broker In Charge of The Keena Edwards Group, LLC. Keena is also the Founder/CEO of EDRUSH Consulting and Development Group. With her vast knowledge of business law pertaining to contract negotiations, a knack for business networking, and excellent project management skills, these capabilities enable Keena to provide strategic leadership to clients and her team.In addition to being a licensed Realtor in North and South Carolina specializing in commercial and residential real estate sales, Keena is responsible for business development relative to project management for commercial, residential and highway projects. This has allowed her to become well-versed in Right of Way acquisitions and relocation assistance, Land Acquisition, Security Services, Uniform/PPE Services and Brand Management. Over the past decade, Keena has had the opportunity to refine her expertise in security support of government operations. She is a developer of security programs and a preparer of written procedures for her security clients. With a solid understanding of how to develop and implement operational policies and procedures associated with these physical security requirements, Keena manages to effortlessly oversee these operating contracts. Her extensive experience in managing high-dollar contracts by effectively safeguarding clients’ team members, visitors, property, assets and facilities, it permits Keena to provide consistent training and direction to the company’s security personnel. Keena earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management with a concentration in Project Management from Charleston Southern University and an associate degree in General Business for Marketing from Trident Technical College.
