Executive Director and organizational leadership professional with a proven record of leading people-centered initiatives, strengthening associations, and driving growth in apprenticeship education and workforce development. In my current role, I lead the Independent Electrical Contractors of Kansas, serving member contractors across the state while overseeing the registered electrical apprenticeship program. Under my leadership, the program has expanded significantly, nearly quadrupling enrollment, modernizing on-the-job training reporting, and aligning curriculum with industry standards to ensure apprentices graduate career-ready.My background includes extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, where I specialized in building high-performing teams, creating sustainable cultures, and tackling complex employee relations issues with fresh, compassionate approaches. I am passionate about human capital development, leadership coaching, and creating pathways that help individuals and organizations thrive.At both the executive and program leadership levels, I focus on strategic growth, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. I bring a unique blend of nonprofit association leadership, contractor relations, and HR expertise to every role, always guided by my WHY: to positively impact people, organizations, and communities by building environments where they can grow and succeed.
