   A large portion of my role is sourcing candidates from various job boards and other avenues, scheduling and conducting interviews, and tracking recruits and recruiting statistics. Once a candidate has been selected to receive an offer, I work with them to obtain an insurance producer license and begin the on-boarding process. Through open communication, I build a trusting relationship with the new hires that helps inspire their growth in their new role and drive retention.
