As Head of Operational Improvement at Together, I lead a change delivery and process governance function, centred within our core Group Operations team. We focus on delivering initiatives with financial, risk, colleague and customer benefits - with operational readiness and colleague engagement at the heart of everything we do. I have 9 years experience in the financial services industry, 6 of which have been in change centric roles - varying from being IT based to based within the operations. I have experience leading and delivering in Agile, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma and BPMN methodologies. This includes having a wealth of experience in delivering process improvements, system changes, digital technology changes and large scale projects. I am also Prince 2 qualified in Foundation and Practitioner.
