From a young age, I discovered that communication and connection were my strengths. Whether it was helping classmates or finding better ways to explain a concept, I’ve always been drawn to understanding people — how they think, what motivates them, and how to help them achieve their goals.That passion first led me into education, where I was given the opportunity to inspire and challenge young minds. But eventually, I realized what I loved most wasn’t just teaching — it was understanding people and guiding them toward success. With a long line of sales professionals in my family, I followed that calling into business and real estate.I began by starting my own business supporting agents and property managers, then advanced to residential asset management, overseeing more than 200 properties across Rapid City within a large property management company. Each step deepened my understanding of service, process, and the importance of communication in building trust.When I joined Hills View Homes, I started as an Office Manager, quickly moved into Marketing Manager and Sales Coordinator, and soon after became Sales Team Lead. Today, as Sales Manager, I lead a talented team of sales professionals — combining strategy, creativity, and authentic connection to help families find their dream homes and ensure our company’s continued growth.Driven by curiosity, innovation, and empathy, I take pride in helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives — and building a team culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, self-empowerment, and growth.
