Lead all property related aspects of managing the Group’s Treasury portfolio- Responsible for compliance with Property related covenants - Ensuring most efficient use of the Group’s property assets to act as security for existing and future funding- Oversee all property charging projects, ensuring completed to time and budget and managing any obstacles- Responsible for ensuring that internal property records are accurate and maintained and all compliance requirements are met - Drive efficiencies in reporting and data management with regards to Treasury Property management - Working with the Director of Treasury and Corporate Finance to set the strategy for managing actual and potential future security assets within the Group - Lead relationships with external stakeholders such as Security Trustees, valuers, legal teams etc - Participating in sector industry groups as appropriate and share knowledge, suggest improvements etc.

ABOUT KEELY HENDERSON
I have worked in and around Property Finance for the last 20 years having started my career in Banking working for HBoS / Lloyds. I transitioned into Social Housing 11 years ago where I quickly developed a real love and passion for the sector.Currently lead the Treasury Property team at the Riverside Group. The team are responsible for all property related aspect of managing the Group\'s Treasury Portfolio which consists of homes and c£3bn of debt. I am an advocate for collaboration within the sector and as such took over as Chair of The Legal Treasury Group in 2024. The group is made up of c80 members across 50 different RP\'s within the sector who share best practices / procedures and look to work through challenges together. More recently I have taken on a Co-Chair role for The Property Finance Working Group.I am enthusiastic and self-motivated, and pride myself on strong organisational skills, an ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines, with an ambition to achieve best results and make a difference.
