About Keeley Obrien

I grew up learning from my dad as he and his team built wineries, custom homes, and other beautiful projects here in Oregon. My childhood experiences shaped my future through formal education and on-the-job training as I worked on projects ranging from light rail construction in New Jersey to luxury condo development in Arizona. What I learned from these diverse projects and locations is that my heart remained here in the Pacific Northwest and that I wanted to return to my roots building the best construction projects right here at home.In 2011, I founded O\'Brien Design + Build, an integrated firm with strengths in wineries, breweries, hotels, restaurants, schools, and event venues. O’Brien has grown significantly with five offices in Oregon, and we are seeing growth in all regions. In addition to our longstanding specialty of working with hospitality clients, we are expanding into more public works projects, seismic rehabilitation, and affordable housing as these projects help make our communities stronger.O’Brien is at the forefront of changing how the construction industry works to achieve better results for everyone involved. Our team values trust, collaboration, and innovation. We are technology-forward with tools to manage communication and tracking for project teams, schedules, and processes. We integrate drones, scans, VR, AR, and AI as tools to better communicate and visualize with each other, subcontractors, clients, and the communities in which we build.
