Leader of the Data Engineering, DataArchitecture, Telephony Engineering, WFM/People Engineering, BI/Reporting, Analytics, and providing performant, complex, and real time data applications as well as engineering solutions • Responsible for Clearlink\'s Data Warehouse and Data Lake, ETL, customer tracking graph database and central microservice, inContact Telephony and Nice IEX implementations, reporting platform, and our forecasting tool • Manage the associated server/cloud environments, Dev Ops, and CI/CD process as well as SOX compliance and data security; privacy is of the utmost importance when it comes to PII and customer data • Consult the our Marketing Technology and Sales Technology Engineering teams as well as the business to ensure customer centric data is created properly and flows smoothly between our various IT infrastructure components • Our current stack includes AWS Redshift, S3, MySQL, Neo4j, GraphQL, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate with ELBs, Docker, Lambda, Python, node.js, GoLang, PHP, Apache Airflow, Sisense, Tableau, R, and new technologies as needs arise
