I’m a technology-driven entrepreneur and product leader focused on creating value through AI, omnichannel experiences, and enterprise innovation. At Humana, I lead Omnichannel Platform Technologies, driving CCaaS modernization, omnichannel capability development, proactive operational intelligence, and cloud-based transformation. With a background spanning software engineering, solution architecture, and product management, I bring an entrepreneurial mindset to solving complex problems, rapidly iterating, and unlocking business value.
