A startup is a hero\'s journey. Founders answer the call to adventure and face many trials only to die and be reborn again and again. Done right, this journey makes you a more developed person with a greater gift to give the world. Done poorly, it destroys your health and your life. Don\'t do it poorly.I coach the founders of venture backed startups, leveraging my experience as a founder who helped raise $100M and build Torch to the series C stage (8-figure revenues), and my training as a psychologist. I also write widely on leadership with an emphasis on how to work with the personality traits common to founders.CoachingI have a very selective practice of founders from series A onward. I typically work with each founder for 2-5 years at a time, which allows me to build a foundational relationship that supports them in the many challenges of company building.
