My background as an international student and volunteer in Italy is an enriching one. During a period of four and a half years I was able to learn languages and foreign cultures while pursuing a Master\'s Degree in Philosophy and Ethics.Since then I worked as an intern at a communications firm in which I sharpened research skills and lead introduced to social media marketing. I also reported relevant news of the startup technologies industry in a weekly blog called the \"Startup Takeaway\" for Staropia.comNext I taught Spanish, History, and Theology at a high school in New York State. Teaching was a wonderful professional experienced in which I learned to communicate knowledge to adolescents in ways which they could understand and relate to. I hope to combine academic, educational, and communications experience in the future to create value for the public within the niche of public policy nonprofits.
