As Director of Finance, I own the full financial strategic picture of the business. Linking daily operations to long-term strategy. I lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across all locations, build scalable processes and controls, and partner closely with the executive team to drive profitable, sustainable growth.My Responsibilities Include:* Lead end-to-end financial planning, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions.* Own the company P&L and key financial statements, translating complex data into clear insights for executives and stakeholders.* Build and refine financial systems, reporting, and controls to support scale.* Partner with Operations, Marketing, and HR to evaluate investments, manage costs, and improve unit economics across all locations.* Develop KPIs and dashboards that track performance, highlight risks, and identify opportunities for growth or efficiency.* Work directly with the CEO on a daily basis on capital allocation, hiring plans, and long-term financial strategy to expand the Firm.
