Data driven monitoring of the Program with clear hierarchy and escalation management, planning and execution and be responsible and accountable for on time client delivery and getting sign off from decision makers on client side. Identify and put together well-trained solution delivery team, build high performance teams, monitoring the progress, conflict resolution, mining the client relationship for further business opportunities.
