Hello, I\'m Kedar Honrao, an experienced engineer specializing in testing and quality assurance. As an Engineer II (Test) at Advanced Energy Industries, I have improved First Pass Yield (FPY) through effective test data tracking, analysis, and corrective actions. I collaborate globally to develop automated test systems, ensuring efficient and consistent high-volume manufacturing. My expertise lies in developing and implementing test plans, analyzing data, and identifying improvement opportunities.Previously, as an Engineer I (Test) at Advanced Energy Industries, I established and calibrated Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for precise end-of-line testing. I provided comprehensive training to test technicians, managed ATE operations, and spearheaded workflow efficiency improvements.As a former Teaching Assistant at SUNY, University at Buffalo (UB), I facilitated lab sessions, tutored students, and created a positive learning environment for the Power Electronics course.
