   I like to transform businesses through brand design. My strength is consistency in creative & design delivery, and constantly adapting and upgrading, and updating the services. Eg: In when the Print medium was strong, we Released more than 400 ads, now in the digital age we have been creating campaigns for the new medium. I identify and study the Vision, Core, Culture, and Opportunities for the Company / Firm and then Create the Strategic Communication. I have Created Brand Images and Strategic Communication, and have also been a Facilitator for some of the most respected brands in India. I founded Neoteric Communications in 1997 after working in a small agency to get hands-on experience in an advertising agency. Neoteric Communications has an excellent track record of retaining clients, and our growth is 100% on referrals, past work, and repeat work. Some highlights: I have created more than 50+ Brand Images. ANJ Group - Brand Creation, Communication and Digital campaigns - 2005 - till date. WeSchool Business School - Ad Campaigns & Communication - 2008 - till date. Kotak Mahindra Bank - Creatives & Communication - 6 years.
