Architected a RAG-based chatbot platform using LangChain, FastAPI, and Pinecone, handling 500K+ monthly interactions while optimizing LLM response time and retrieval accuracy. Developed a multi-source data ingestion pipeline for PDFs, DOCX, URLs, and CSVs using asynchronous scraping and a custom AWS S3 wrapper for efficient storage and retrieval. Integrated multi-channel messaging (WhatsApp, Telegram, Line) via RabbitMQ pipelines and cron-based queuing for scheduled message automation.🧩 Built secure, dynamic Angular frontends with features like multi-tab conversation threads, chatbot training workflows, and QR-based chat initiation. Developed feedback and analytics pipelines with Elasticsearch, capturing sentiment and interaction data for continuous model improvement.
