Embedded in the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) as a Stakeholder Engagement Strategist and Community Liaison, my role is to plan and coordinate outreach processes and activities related to planning, design, relocation, construction, and other areas at specific NYCHA Developments. I work closely with resident associations, property managers, local political representatives, design-build teams and relocation teams to ensure:1. Timely notification of program status 2. Resident input in key areas3. Aid with briefings on relocation, construction, and other aspects of NYCHA’s Comprehensive Modernization Program.Tasks include: Meeting coordination and facilitation with relevant stakeholders, oversight of design-builder community engagement, oversight of engagement events for attached Section 3 programs, conducting office hours about the Comprehensive Modernization Program with residents at three NYCHA developments.
