As a seasoned project and release manager with over two decades of experience in the field, I have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and releases while adhering to the highest quality standards. Throughout my career, I have been able to leverage my expertise in project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies to guide my teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.I am currently working as a Project Manager/Release Manager at Farm Bureau Insurance Tennessee, where I have been responsible for managing delivery teams, facilitating Agile/Scrum project management processes, and managing project scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters. I have also served as the point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, identified and communicated project risks, and tracked project milestones while reporting status to stakeholders.
