Computer vision for patient tracking and registration to MRI. Machine Learning for blood flow classification. Current Projects: • PyTorch: Building transformer based networks and tuning them to classify LVOs(major strokes) in blood flow waveforms. • c++/ITK/OpenCV: Building a neuro-navigation system to deliver focused ultrasound energy to the brain. Registering the MRI to the patient physical volume along with the transducer. Estimating errors in registration and patient tracking. PyTorch: Segmenting skull, sinuses and soft tissue to plan ultrasound energy delivery. Past: Software Development - Filled void when team lost the Principal Software Engineer during the great resignation • SW Management/Architecture/c++: Worked with Embedded Software Contractors, Laser and Electrical Engineers to define the device software requirements and initial design. Implemented the digital signal processing components. Managed scrums and software planning. • Qml/Qt: Collaborated with clinical team to define the user flow and implemented the device GUI.
