I’m a Senior Analyst at Wells Fargo in the Real Estate Banking group, where I underwrite balance sheet loans ranging from $50MM to $500MM across multifamily, office, industrial, and retail assets. I also lead quarterly portfolio surveillance and was a key contributor to the successful restructuring of a $250MM+ office portfolio. I started my career at Integra Realty Resources as a Research Analyst, focusing on institutional-grade property valuation and market analysis. Earlier internships in multifamily operations and leasing gave me a well-rounded perspective on both the investment and operational sides of real estate.
