ABOUT KEATON WOOD

Hi, I’m Keaton, welcome to my page! I’m so glad you’re here. A little about me: I’m an Auburn alum and a lifelong fan, War Eagle! I’ve lived in three states (Alabama, Texas, and now Georgia) and love cats, humor, and making the most out of every day.My career began in customer service and HR, and I’ve spent the majority of my professional journey within the Ferrovial family. I joined Ferrovial Services in 2019, which later merged with Webber in 2022. Working at Webber, a Ferrovial Company, has been incredibly rewarding both professionally and personally. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside an amazing team, learning continuously, and growing from a HR Coordinator into a HR Business Partner. In my current role as a HR Business Partner at Webber, I focus on aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and sustainable growth. Backed by a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a SHRM-SCP certification, I partner with leaders across heavy civil, water and wastewater, and energy construction projects. I’m passionate about fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement, building high-impact teams, navigating complex employee relations, and delivering data-driven insights that support workforce planning and organizational development.
