As a multifaceted professional in the LED signage and general technology industry, I bring a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving, and business development to every role I take on. In my position as a Server Rack Technician, I design and build LED Scoreboard Server Racks that are not only highly functional but also easy to understand, replicate, and troubleshoot. My process involves comprehensive planning, prebuilding, rebuilding, and wiring of server racks, ensuring systems are set up for long-term success. I create detailed, user-friendly diagrams that allow anyone—technical or not—to confidently operate these advanced systems. Additionally, I provide training on the operation and programming of all LED Scoreboard components, including LED processors, scoreboard functionality, and live broadcast software. As a Technical Advisor, I act as the first line of support for troubleshooting and training within the Plainview LED network. I specialize in a range of LED signage software, including Novastar, Brightsign, Yodeck, Viplex, and proprietary solutions from Plainview, enabling me to resolve most signage-related issues efficiently. In my role as a Sales Associate, I manage small format and new LED signage accounts, while also driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. My approach combines a deep technical knowledge with a customer-first mindset to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
