Grube, Inc. is a franchisee for over seventy Buffalo Wild Wings location across the United States. I was an accounting intern in the accounting department. My day-to-day jobs included authorizing credit card refunds, checking bank statement packets for accuracy, and coding bank transactions for all of our stores. I created multiple spreadsheets to show FISERV, credit card delivery(DoorDash, Uber, etc.), restaurant supplies, and maintenance spending offages. I learned how to work in various websites and systems we use, including Netsuite, Ctuit RADAR, and FreedomPay. I learned how to upload food and beverage purchases into our Netsuite system. These food and beverage purchases came from companies including Gordon Food Service, Fintech, and Sygma. Other tasks I was assigned were paying invoices and bills from companies such as Wasserstrom(restaurant supply distribution company), sorting through mail, and checking daily bank deposits. I am currently working part-time remotely for them while in school, and have also been asked to come back during the summer of 2025.
