I believe healing, identity, and belonging are not one-size-fits-all. We are layered and complex beings shaped by our histories, relationships, and environments. My my work is about honoring that truth. Whether I’m supporting an individual client, leading a group, or partnering with an organization, my intention remains the same: to create spaces where people can show up fully, without apology, and without fear.As the founder of Homebody Psychotherapy, I specialize in trauma-informed, anti-colonial, and pleasure-affirming care. My clinical work supports queer people of color in building stronger, more compassionate relationships with themselves and their communities, while navigating systems that have historically silenced and marginalized them. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and relational therapy to help clients feel grounded, connected, and empowered in their healing.In parallel, I serve as a DEI consultant, facilitator, and learning strategist, supporting organizations in shifting from performative equity efforts to transformative cultural change. I bring a relational, intersectional lens informed by lived experience as a queer, Black therapist and survivor. My facilitation is both direct and compassionate, creating space for contradiction, nuance, and growth. I understand what it means to hold grief and joy simultaneously—to question systems while surviving within them—and I bring that clarity into every conversation.I built Homebody Psychotherapy to offer something different: a space rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and care. That same ethos guides my work with organizations where I help teams align values with action, develop trauma-informed practices, and foster cultures of accountability, equity, and trust.Currently expanding my work across corporate and tech environments, I bring a strong foundation in adult learning, emotional intelligence, and psychological safety.
