I provide end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle, helping to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Data Management & HRIS- Maintain accurate employee records and databases- Lead HRIS support: main contact for all staff enquiries- Monitor participation in online learning programs- Assist with Board and Government reporting- Support payroll processes as they relate to the HRIS and Workers CompensationEmployee Lifecycle- Coordinate end‑to‑end processes for administration staff, including- Recruitment - Contracts and onboarding - Probation - Performance appraisals and goal setting - OffboardingRecruitment- Work with the Director, People & Culture, and hiring managers to ensure role descriptions and job ads accurately reflect requirements- Manage the recruitment system within the HRIS- Support hiring managers with candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checking as neededWork Health & Safety- Oversee hearing preservation data and manage associated budgeting- Coordinate WHS training, bookings, annual flu vaccinations, hearing tests, and PPE orders- Assist onsite at concerts and audio testing as needed- Attend WHS meetings and complete minute‑taking- Review incidents logged in the HRIS and assign them to the appropriate Case Manager- Assist with Workers Compensation case managementCulture & Wellbeing- Assist with planning and managing People & Culture‑led eventsLearning & Development- Research professional development programs and coordinate bookingsValues- Ambassador for organisational values: Integrity, Connection, and Joy
