As the Associate Vice President of Human Resources and Learning and Development at University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union, I oversee the strategic and operational aspects of HR. I have more than 12 years of experience in HR and operations management across diverse sectors, including retail, manufacturing, and finance. I hold an MBA in Human Resources Management, and I am certified as a Professional in Human Resources, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and an OSHA 30 Hour.I am passionate about building a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusion at UKFCU. I lead and support various initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention, such as: learning and development, process improvement, data analysis, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
