Worked on Solid State Drive in different protocols (SATA, SAS and PCIe), UFS, eMMC, automotive SSD, Data Center SSD and enterprise SSD in different form factors. I am taking care of SSD quality for tier 1 customers and their ODMs. • Manage critical responsiveness to customer failures and facilitating FA and RCCA. Provide quality engineering support for customers to develop and publish weekly reports to track RMAs, DPPMof SSDs, Failure Analysis Tum-Around-Time, and other quality metrics. • Provide quality and problem management from customers. Organize technical communication in order to do problem solving in place and set up verification procedure and condition for the issue duplication and improvement. Manage rework activity when necessary.
