As a registered associate MFT and trauma specialist with two decades of experience in the performing arts and arts education, I integrate mindfulness, somatic techniques, attachment repair, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients heal from trauma and find emotional balance. My unique background in the arts allows me to approach healing creatively, using body awareness and expressive techniques to foster emotional release and resilience.
