I like to solve problems! All through my life, I have been driven by my habit of finding strategic solutions to complexities around. Whether it was securing a University rank in an exam or making GRI/ Sustainability reports or realising Top management\'s vision into a sustainability project with high deliverables, yet at a lower cost, I have succeeded. In this journey from college to corporate, strategy and logical approach have been my partners.In my professional career, I have used my problem-solving skills in the fields of Sustainability, Environment, ESG, Health & Safety (EHS) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In the past 13 years, I have implemented some FIRST EVER projects for my companies. I have worked at different levels of project management and in a department/team. I have worked at the level of - doer, supervisory, strategic and team leader. I have established a new Sustainability team from scratch and have successfully executed big projects. I have worked independently in highly complex and cross-functional environments and have handled big projects budgeting INR 300 million.
