ABOUT KELLY DUBOWSKI
I’m Kelly Dubowski, a Holistic Nurse, Coach, and Nurse Entrepreneur based in San Diego, and the founder of Hope with Kelly and Nurturing The Nurse. My journey in nursing began in acute care, mental health, and addiction treatment, where I spent over a decade witnessing the profound effects of stress, burnout, and imbalance not just on patients, but on the nurses, caregivers, and healthcare systems themselves.Early on, I realized that while nurses are trained to care for everyone else, there is often very little support for their own well-being. I experienced this firsthand, and it became clear to me that sustainable nursing requires innovation & more support.These experiences inspired me to continue my education and bring together traditional healthcare knowledge with holistic practices, creating practical, evidence-based strategies that truly support lasting wellness. In my work, I help nurses and clients reconnect with their energy, nurture their well-being, and care for their hearts, while also guiding organizations to build cultures that prioritize human connection and proactive support for wellness.
