I am a psychologist specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have worked with adults as well as pre-adolescents and adolescents alongside their families in comprehensive DBT programs at the outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels, as well as skills-only DBT groups for college students and DBT-informed therapy for children through adults. I completed Foundational Training in DBT with BTech, DBT-C (DBT for Children) training with creator Dr. Francheska Perepletchikova, and DBT-Sleep: Foundational certification with Dr. Brian Curtis.
