   Managed all vertical production that SM Energy owns with a team of 10 lease operators and a well technician. Oversee daily operations including production total volumes, well tests, spill prevention, ESG goals, and maintenance operations. Helped manage an active yearly P&A program aimed to continuously stay in compliance with RRC requirements. Worked closely with workover department to mitigate failures and keep workover costs low and efficient. Spearheaded optimization efforts on older vertical base production to maximize profits and maintain critical lease holds. Worked closely with land department and land owners to maintain compliance with all land agreements and maintain good working relationships as well as Regulatory to stay in good standing with RRC of Texas. Continuously implemented efforts to reduce LOE costs per barrel. Key Accomplishments-Significantly reduced downtime to maintain solid base production as well as continuously satisfy lease agreements -Took an asset that lost $5MM fiscal year 2021 and turned it in to making close to $1MM per month -Accomplished, in addition to a cash flow profit status, a 29% optimization uplift in production in older vertical wells through a successful “Return to Production” program and well stimulation project with being strategic with wells in proximity to offset horizontal well fracs, all of this in gaining almost 300% overall production increase year over year -Successfully, hired and trained new lease operators and reduced expenditures by providing additional training to company employed lease operators to lower 3rd party vendor costs and bringing work solutions in house - Continuous focus on ESG aiming to, collaboratively with the rest of the production team, be a leader in the industry and set a benchmark
