During the last 15 years I have had several responsibilities in different industry-leading companies, committed mainly to embedded systems and embedded software development. During this journey I have had the luck to meet fantastic people from whom I have learned a lot, thus I truly believe that genuine teamwork and good communication is key for success, understanding success not only from strictly the business point of view, but also from a ethical and personal integrity perspective.I believe in tight, self-motivated teams as the ground to develop a sense of responsibility and commitment, and as the way to strive for success and the job well done.
