   As IT Manager I for Workstations, Instruments, and Data Environment (WIDE) at Texas A&M AgriLife’s ARCMTS, I lead secure, research-centered IT operations that support cutting-edge science. I manage lab computing environments, research instrumentation systems, and data workflows to ensure reliability, compliance, and alignment with evolving research needs.With a focus on service excellence, I supervise technical staff, guide lifecycle strategies, and implement solutions across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. I collaborate closely with faculty, lab managers, and internal teams to translate complex research requirements into resilient, cost-effective technology solutions.My role supports the broader mission of ARCMTS: enabling discovery by proactively managing the infrastructure behind agricultural research. I’m passionate about building operational capacity, improving systems, and helping researchers focus on what they do best—science.I also serve as the CoALS IT Governance Coordinator. As the IT Governance Coordinator for the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences (CoALS) at Texas A&M University, I support the strategic alignment of technology initiatives with the college’s academic, research, and operational priorities. I coordinate the activities of governance bodies including the Technology Leadership Council (TLC), Enterprise Technology Committee (ETC), and Technology Security & Compliance Committee (TSCC), ensuring effective collaboration, documentation, and execution of IT decisions. My role bridges communication across faculty, staff, and IT leadership, enabling informed decision-making, policy development, and the prioritization of enterprise technology investments that enhance service delivery and institutional impact.
