System Integration and Test Engineer with extensive experience in Heavy equipment / Automotive Industry. Area of expertise include System Integration | Automotive Control Systems | System Verification & Validation | HIL Testing. Adept at software Matlab | Simulink | CANape | CANalyzer | JAMA | JIRA.I am currently working as Automotive Electronics Test and Validation Engineer at Lucid Motors. My areas of interest are Automotive Control Systems | HEV | HIL | MIL | SIL | ADAS | Electrified Powertrain. My passion is to work in the Automotive Industry especially to help shape the future of Electric and Autonomous Mobility. I am exploring for a challenging job that will help me gain hands-on experience & industry exposure.My Key Achievements are:• Built and Configured Speedgoat HIL setup for verification and validation of Automotive ECUs. Created wire harnesses for interaction between Development computer, HIL Setup and Physical Loads.• Created more than 20 feature requirement documents for Off Highway Mining Truck Systems.• Resolved approximately 45 NPI (New Product Integration) issues by working with cross-functional teams. Developed HIL solution to verify issues on open loop test bench and documented test results in issues list.• Led investigation and resolution of three CPI (Current Product Integration) issues regarding faulty ECMs by designing wire harness and test cases to integrate and verify ECMs on test bench.I have received a Graduate Certificate in HEV Engineering from Michigan Technological University. I have worked on more than 15 academic projects till date during my Masters which are based on HEV/EV Engineering, Embedded Automotive Control Systems, Vehicular Communication and Vehicle Battery Design. I developed expertise in MATLAB & Simulink for Designing & Simulating systems for these projects.
