That being said, implementing a strategy involves knowing how to do the operations work. So, I will often delve into the details to ensure that the strategy and details are achieved. I had a manager describe me as a \"tinkerer\", because I will continually fine tune and optimize a team’s operations.Specialties: • Expense Management: I have led expense management teams, in both the Telecom and Market Data.• Cost Savings Initiatives: In an 18 month period, we achieved $17MM in cost savings.• Data Analytics: We achieved these cost savings through the implementation of strong processes and data strategy.• Process and Organizational Improvement: In virtually every role, I revamped team processes or optimized the staffing alignment in order to achieve significant efficiencies. • Background: I possess the combination of business background (MBA, 15+ year’s management experience) and technology (20+ years) that enables me to provide a wide perspective to solving business challenges.

   Coordinating and developing a suite of Power BI dashboards, which center around financial management and player performance.> This involves working with key stakeholders in the club to identify business requirements, conduct benchmarking research, standardizing the data, and creating the entire set of dashboards.> The Player Performance dashboards include more advanced analytics requiring the creation of the xG (Expected Goal) logic and Usage Rate analysis (measuring the players\' effectiveness).> The Financial dashboards include in-depth Profit & Loss, Match Day Revenue, Season Ticket renewal metrics, development of financials KPIs, and extensive benchmarking analysis.
