   Support coordination of Stormwater Compliance efforts for over 400 District owned facilities in accordance with the District and Federal Stormwater Regulations including the Federal Clean Water Act, US EPA\'s MSGP Permit, the District\'s NPDES, MS4 Permit, 2018 Municipal Facility Consent Decree, Administrative Order on Consent. •Manage Industrial Hygiene and Stormwater Contracts for a combined annual budget of 2.2 million. Developed scopes of work for preventative, routine, and corrective maintenance and compliance sampling. Relevant work includes: grey and green water BMP maintenance, development, P2 database usage, DOEE SGS database usage, and Salesforce database usage (work order management), EPA reporting, between District Stormwater contractors, residents, and District Agencies ( DGS, DOEE, OSSE, DPW, DDOT, DCPS). Support Stormwater continuing education for agency personnel. •Development and tracking of DOEE\'s Stormwater Retention Credit (SRC) Program for DGS Properties. • Coordinate with District Agencies (DPW, DOEE, OSSE, DDOT, MPD, FEMS, HSEMA) on joint Federal Grant applications (EPA Clean Water Construction Grant, Regional Source Reduction Grant, FEMA Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities Grant, Hazard Mitigation Funding Grant). Primarily support project personnel coordination, application scope of work development, budget formation, project summary, meeting coordination, letters of support, workplans, project strategy, budget, and reporting requirements.
