Stern Consulting Partners NYU Stern Students with non-profits in the NYC area for a pro-bono 6-14-week management consulting engagement. Students play an integral role in recommending new processes, crafting actionable business plans, and targeting opportunities for growth.I designed and now teach the companion course to the project,\"Consulting Practice: Process and Problem Solving\", ensuring students have the right mix of academic theory and practical consulting skills to be successful in their engagements. We accomplish this through lectures and personalized coaching.
