I am a experienced public school educator who is living his dream and has had the honor and opportunity to serve students, staff, and the community in various leadership capacities as a teacher, instructional specialist, assistant principal, and now principal. As a transformational, skilled, strategic and results-driven leader, before anything — I believe that building and maintaining viable relationships and trust with staff, students and the community are first and foremost coupled with sustaining a healthy climate and culture are needed for all to thrive for the purpose of meeting the diverse needs of every child.
