If the work we do in business connects to a purpose that resonates with stakeholders, great things can happen! This has been the case in my career both as a leader of large franchise networks (AlphaGraphics and Allegra) and, prior to that as a leader of a large franchisee, Terratron Inc.(81 restaurants, 5th largest franchisee of Hardee\'s Food Systems at the time).Now as a Certified EOS Implementer I help entrepreneurial teams build a solid foundation to lead a better business and live a better life for the long run rather than the quick fix of the week.
