WORK HISTORY
Administrator @Vocational Rehabilitation Association
GB
Working as the lead administrator for the VRA is incredibly rewarding. As part of my role I am responsible for organising, minuting and implementing actions from the monthly Trustee meetings, Sub group committee meetings and adhoc action implementation meetings. I assist in the recruitment of new Trustees and active members, reviewing policies and managing the website and member portal. My main role within the organisation is to assist the Trustees in raising awareness of Vocational Rehabilitation, the organisation and growing the membership. I do this predominantly through the Webinar events schedule, social media and monthly newsletter. It is my responsibility to find and book speakers for our webinars, create the marketing material and promote the events to our members, mailing list and wider audience. I manage the VRA social media channels, working with content provided by the trustees and industry experts. I also manage the member experience from ensuring a smooth joining process, regular communication and acting as a point of contact within the organisation.I am proud of the work that the VRA do and feel honoured to be a part of the team, raising awareness, growing the membership and helping to maintain a structured and productive organisation.
