   Office 365 deployment (2013-Current):\\\\nCreated a content structure that our team uses to quickly create prototypes for an evolving engineering model for Office 365 setup. Pushed for a solid structure that could be made to work in an ever-shifting UI. When the existing setup model was shelved and a new one emerged, our content structure was \"still solid and functioned beautifully\". I am the go-to writer in the group for creating 100-level topics to introduce novice users to deeply technical subjects, such as LDAP directory synchronization and IMAP migration. Completed prototyping exercises for the Engineering and Marketing teams to an extremely aggressive schedule. My prototype content was then incorporated into material published by another writing team for a high-priority company conference (TechReady).\\\\n\\\\nSharePoint Server 2010 and 20••••••••13):\\\\nPlanned, delivered, and maintained all system requirement, deployment, and user profile content for SharePoint Server. In addition to content plans and reviews, this included evangelization of content at conferences and in customer forums, as well as publication to customer-facing sites. In the case of system requirements, this included frequent publication as requirements changed due to updates in the underlying technology. I also wrote a test lab guide demonstrating user profile synchronization for SharePoint Server 2013 and rewrote the two test lab guides on which it relies. Mentored three remote writers on process, writing, editing, and effective telecommuting and remote working techniques.\\\\n\\\\nForefront Protection Manager (20••••11):\\\\nOwned all planning and architecture, installation, migration, and upgrade content for Forefront Protection Manager (codename \"Stirling\"), a centralized management system for Microsoft’s Forefront product line. This included creation and upkeep of content plans, UI scrubs, technical and peer reviews. Product was discontinued before public release.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
