Identify coaching opportunities in the team and conduct regular mentoring sessions to help the team achieve the OKRs. Mentor a small team that focuses on team engagement and product and process knowledge sharing. Maintain a repository of the team metrics and identify trends in performance. Give constructive feedback where ever there is a need and help the representatives on the floor to excel at their work.
